Goal 1:

Improve student achievement and academic success by strengthening education programs, add more academic rigor to the curriculum and focus on quality instruction in the classroom.
Improve academic success by achieving a 100% graduation rate by meeting graduation requirements. Improve attendance rates to minimize loss of instructional time.
Increase academic rigor in the classroom through alignment of instruction and testing to the expectations of STAAR Assessment Program.
Increase academic proficiency of special populations (Special Education/LEP/Migrant/At-Risk).
Incorporate technology plan into the core curriculum areas to produce lifelong learners for the 21st century.

Goal 2: Provide a Safe, Secure, and Healthy Learning Environment

Goal 3: Recruit and Retain Highly Qualified Personnel.

Goal 4: Increase Communication and Community Involvement. Increase the percent of parents accessing/receiving district communication through technology.

Goal 5: Acquire Land, Building, and Maintenance of Facilities
