Standard Response Protocol (SRP)

To ensure the safety of all our students and staff, Sharyland ISD has adopted the “I Love U Guys” Foundation’s Standard Response Protocol (SRP). We have dedicated time and focused effort to train our entire staff, including substitutes, and all students on the SRP. We will be teaching, practicing, and drilling five specific actions that will guide our students on how to respond and react based on verbal directives. Your child will become very familiar with the signage and the vocabulary used during any kind of emergency.
