Terms and Conditions

These general terms will take precedence over the terms and conditions within the solicitation when they are in conflict unless specific exception is noted within the solicitation. These general terms will also take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions on any purchase or work orders, invoices, checks, order acknowledgments, forms, or similar commercial documents issued by a vendor unless specific exception is noted and agreed to by the District.
