To protect our students and staff, all visitors are required to follow the district’s check-in protocol:
-
Present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
-
The ID will be scanned through the Raptor Visitor Management System, which checks against a national database of registered sex offenders.
-
When cleared, visitors will receive a printed badge displaying their name, photo, date, and time of entry.
-
Visitors must wear the badge visibly at all times while on campus.
-
Upon leaving, visitors should check out at the front office to return the badge.
If the screening process raises an alert, the visitor will be directed to contact the Office of Student Support Services for assistance and further review.
Note: For large group events (e.g., assemblies or performances), screening procedures may be adjusted to facilitate safe and efficient entry.
